If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Northstar Healthcare is a platform operated by Telescope LLC. References to "Northstar Healthcare" in these text messages and on this site refer to services provided by Telescope LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of another individual (e.g., a minor or patient you are authorized to represent), you agree to these Terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals

4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

SMS messages referencing "Northstar Healthcare" are sent by Telescope LLC, which operates the Northstar Healthcare platform. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from Northstar Healthcare, LLC related to your healthcare, including appointment reminders, check-in notifications, referral updates, and account notifications.

• Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and account status.
• Carrier Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not affect the provision of your healthcare services.
• Help: For help or information regarding our text messaging program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@telescope-cm.com.
• Supported Carriers: Our messaging services are compatible with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

8. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
